Acharya Anita interacted with a gathering of the Indian community, sharing thoughtful conversations about self- awareness, holistic well-being, spirituality and cultural heritage and also leading a brief meditation session.
Trustee Acharya Anita had the honor of making a courtesy visit to former President of India, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind ji, at his residence, where she presented him with a copy of her book ‘Sadhana Vigyan’. They engaged in discussions on various topics, including India’s spiritual traditions and its rich cultural heritage.
In celebration of International Yoga Day, trustee Acharya Anita dedicated her morning to the visually impaired students at the Blind Institute in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. She conducted a light yoga session, practiced pranayama, and discussed the importance of yoga
